No Strings Attached Consultation

Our first initial meeting will consist of "getting to know each other". It is a meet and greet that is friendly and informative with a hassle free approach. Basically, we want to get an idea of your style and vision, expectations, and how you wish for it to unfold. Once we get through the details, we design a package that best suits your needs and demands. Finally, we send you home to collect your thoughts, as we patiently wait for your second call to say, "I DO".

Full Service Wedding Planning

For the Bridal Couple who is interested in a Wedding Personal Concierge, this is a perfect match for you. We provide full event management, design, unlimited professional advice and guidance, and professional vendor and venue recommendations. Upon our information gathered from our first initial meeting, we will determine the style, tradition, décor, colors, and rituals of your special day, along with all of the details. With this in mind, we will begin our pursuit to a successful wedding and provide the following:

  • Full wedding planning services from the beginning to the end.
  • Unlimited phone and email communication.
  • Create and maintain a suitable wedding budget.
  • Keep a weekly agenda of client's meetings and due dates.
  • Research and recommend the best vendors and venue locations in the industry.
  • Arrange appointments and accompany couple to meetings.
  • Design coordination and create blueprint of the details.
  • Party favor advice and recommendations.
  • Supervise the logistics and set up of your event
  • Ensure that all forms and verification of insurance are submitted to venue in a timely manner.
  • Communicate with vendors before event to confirm arrival and departure times and attend to questions.
  • Coordinate ceremony rehearsal.
  • Assert that marriage license is signed and given to officiate.
  • Review and confirm timing of events with all vendors and distribute itinerary to all parties.
  • Oversee and manage complete set up and timing of ceremony and reception.
  • Ensure that all items are in its proper location (i.e. wedding programs, seating cards, guest book, gifts, favors, etc.)
  • Gather all keepsake items (i.e. toasting glasses, knife) in a safe keep box for couple to take home.
  • Manage the execution and details of your event (i.e. band cues, speeches, first dance,).
  • Handle and distribute final payments and gratuities to vendors
  • Onsite emergency kit for bride and groom

Customized Partial Planning

If you have selected your venue and need assistance with vendors, design, and coordination, we can customize a package to cater to your needs. There are many ways for us to condense a package that is especially right for you. You can take a little bit from here and there to personalize your own package.

Month of Coordination

Typically referred to the "Day of Coordination", we begin working with you a month or two before your wedding day. All of the details, logistics, venue, and contracted vendor information is gathered and confirmed. If you unexpectedly seek immediate assistance, we recommend you to the best vendors in the industry. To assert that all areas are covered, we render the following services:

  • Continuous phone and email communication
  • Meet to finalize specific details and instructions of the entire wedding.
  • Create a wedding itinerary to outline the order of events and distribute to all service providers.
  • Supervise the logistics and set up of your event
  • Finalize menu order with venue/caterer upon approval
  • Ensure that all forms and verification of insurance are submitted to venue in a timely manner.
  • Oversee and manage the work of service providers
  • Communicate with vendors before event to confirm arrival and departure times and attend to questions.
  • Coordinate ceremony rehearsal—per case basis.
  • Handle and distribute final payments and gratuities to vendors
  • Greet and escort and obtain gifts from guests.
  • Gather all keepsake items (i.e. toasting glasses, knife) in a safe keep box for couple to take home.
  • Onsite emergency kit for bride and groom
  • Collaborate as a team to ensure that you have the luxury of enjoying your special day.

A la Carte

In addition to our specialty weddings, we also offer our couture services to a variety of special events: Bat/ Bar mitzvah, Baby Showers, Milestone Birthdays, Quinceaneras, Graduations, Anniversaries, Corporate parties, Themed Parties, and Spa parties.
